Quinta Vale do Bragão is located in the oldest winemaking region in the world – the Douro. It has belonged to the Borges Costa family since the 18th century, and with around 30 hectares of vineyards, it has been managed and guided by the several generations that have continued this family project.
The Sobral Family has been producing wine for four generations, the first wines from this estate dating back to 1830.
The geographical location of the vineyards, on the left bank of the Douro River, vinified according to ancestral techniques and knowledge accumulated over time by the family, make these wines wines an ex-libris of the Douro Demarcated Region
Associated with a long family tradition, since 1926, we produce high quality wines benefiting from an experient family team.
The wines, conventional and organic, are carefully selected.
In Port wines our range extends from the traditional Tawny, Ruby, White and Rose Ports to the blends of 10,20,30 and 40 years. We present also an extensive range of old Port Wines, colheitas and vintages.
