Foz Tua was born from a passion for the Alto Douro wine region, culminating in the acquisition of the estate in 2014. Spanning nearly 4 hectares of immense potential, this beautiful property overlooking the Tua Dam carries with it the history and maturity of a truly special terroir.
Ruby color, intense and bright. Red fruit aroma with black plum and vanilla notes. In the mouth is dense, bulky with
sweet tanins of wood. Persistent and aromatic.
Dark red color, almost opaque, with violet hues. The floral brand of Touriga Nacional is present, as well as the aromas of violets and
minerals. Vanilla, spices and black fruit aromas: plums and blackberries. In the mouth smooth, dense, voluminous and with a
very balanced acidity, with the tannins of quality wood well connected. The finish is very long, fresh, sweet and harmonious.
Citrus greenish color, fruity and intense with tropical fruits predominance. In the mouth it is fresh with balanced acidity and volume, elegant and persistent.
With deep pink color and intense floral aroma, with some notes of red fruits and strawberry, this wine presents itself
fresh and harmonious and very persistent.
Ruby red colour, red fruit aromas, with hints of sour cherry and red plum. In the mouth it is dense, smooth and persistent, with an aromatic and firm finish.
Golden color, sweet wine. Slight citrus aroma combined with some wood with a resin touch, result in a well-balanced final.
Fermented wine with partial destemming at controlled temperature (24-28ºC), when the grape reaches the desired
sweetness value, fermentation is interrupted by adding brandy (77%),subsequently aged in oak until bottling.
It is a light Ruby style Port wine, which features an attractive pink color, the result of a limited contact with the skins of traditional
Douro grape varieties during winemaking. This innovative port wine is lighter and fruity.
