Casal de Pontes White
In the vineyard, the choice is careful, with manual harvesting, in order to keep the berry intact and also with
the aim of carrying out a first sorting. Transport to the winery is carried out in 20 kg boxes, thus avoiding early
crushing of the grapes. In production, a soft pressing, with a pneumatic press, followed by must flotation, which allows us
to have less losses in terms of yield compared to decanting. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled
temperatures.

pumping-overs carried out, in order to extract a greater number of aromas and colors.

D’Alegria
D’Alegria is a 100% national wine brand, founded in 2012. The passion, knowledge and experience of the founders in the wine area dictated the brand’s success.
D’Alegria started by just bottling wine and today directs the entire production process of its wines – from the vineyard, through the winemaking process to bottling.
Currently, D’Alegria has 30 ha of land in the Alentejo and 10 ha in the north of the country to produce its grapes, with the aim of continuing to expand its vineyard area. All stages of wine production are automated and use the latest technologies.
