The grapes are picked during the night in order to maintain the physical and aromatic integrity of the grapes. Fermentation takes place at controlled temperature with subsequent aging in French oak barrels for at least 8 months.

Ruby colour and fruity aroma, with the characteristic floral touch of this variety. In the mouth, it feels smooth, elegant with a slight acidity that ends in a long and harmonious aftertaste.
