Jaburu is a young and uncomplicated wine, made for daily meals. It is a simple, direct wine, but with excellent body and very gastronomic. An excellent representative of Alentejo wines.
It matches perfectly with pasta dishes, like spaghetti bolognese or carbonara, hard cheeses like Parmesan or Manchego and grilled or stewed pork or beef dishes. Take a risk with indian food – you will love it.
