Manual and night harvesting. Vinification takes place with temperature control and a soft treading system in wineries. The wine aged for 6 months in French oak barrels. Cold natural stabilization process. Light filtering, subsequent bottling and aging in bottle.

Deep and intense violet color. Black fruit aroma with hints of cocoa and smoke. Complex on the palate, with persistent and youthful tannin, with aging potential.
