Harvesting of old vines from Herdade dos Lagos, grapes are trodden on foot, and fermentation occurs spontaneously in the “talha” (indigenous yeasts). After the alcoholic fermentation ends, the wine is in contact with the “mother” (pasta) for 8 months. Thewine agesin oldFrench oak until it is bottled.
Faded red color. With aromas of something vegetable, with a touch of pepper, with a slight nuance of clay. Inthemouth, smooth tannin, freshness and balanced acidity, you can feel the minerality coming from the clay, being an authentic wine.
