Grapes Varieties:

Ajuda red wine is composed by Syrah, Cabernet Sauvignon, Aragonês and Alicante Bouschet.



The grapes were harvested during the night by a mechanical process, in order to ensure aromas and phenolic compounds, holding a particular freshness. The harvest took place at night during the 3rd week of September. Fermentation at 23º C of temperature for 6 days after the grapes were destemmed. Ajuda is aged for 6 months in stainless steel and 2 months in the bottle.


Tasting Notes: 

Ruby color, red fruity berries with some notes of mint. Good structure and well balanced in the mouth ripe tannins. Good acidity and pleasant aftertaste.


Consumption Suggestion:

Ajuda is suggested as an accompaniment of day to day meals, as well as a light sh and meat dishes.
